I’ve been using this plugin for a number of years with the Impreza Theme. Recently the filter stopped working. It shows but when I click a category, the team members are not filtered. Using latest versions of wordpress, impreza and visual composer. Is this still supported? I noticed it hasn’t been updated in a while. Thanks. It’s a great plugin.

Each Showcase works in different ways. You may have multiple showcases setup but you can not “combine/merge” them.
Yes, you can setup a Custom link for each Team Member if is necessary.
I’ve been using version 3.3 for about a year now with now problems until now. I can add a new team, assign member to it and it shows in the list when defining the Visual Composer add-on. But the new team or members assigned to it do not show up on the webpage. Nothing else has changed, is there an update for this plug-in that I have missed? Thanks in advance for you advice.
The latest version is 3.3 and by now no similar problem have been identified. You may want to clear your cache and to be sure that the new team was actually added into the front-end showcase in order to show up.
Finally got this plugin all configured/installed after purchasing it earlier this year (so my support has now expired, I know). It’s a great plugin.Have you ever considered added a “testimonials” or some type of field like that? Or allow any sort of custom formatting in the pop-up modal? I’d like to include some testimonial-type quotes for some of our team members, and formatting is getting stripped.

I am trying to find the following information: Hello, is there a way to change the default post-type? From imt_team? Does this need to be done via FTP first to avoid losing any files? We have uploaded quite a few team members but are now realizing that we did not change the default post-type and that is affecting the URL.

Hi,
When a ticket is submitted be sure that you choose the right product for what the license is for. You can change the post type slug but previous submitted data will not accessible anymore. Is recommended to be done that before of everything.

Yes, you can set any no of items per slide. There is not a specific option to customize bullets but is the option for custom CSS where you can add your own css to customize it.
