I would like to understand some core functionalities better to ensure proper implementation.
Regarding Task Status Management: 1. Could you please clarify how the system determines whether a task should be categorized as “Today,” “Pending,” “Upcoming,” or “Completed”? Is this logic handled automatically by the backend API based on the task’s date, or is there a specific mechanism I should be aware of?
2. When a new task is created, what criteria does the system use to assign it to the appropriate status category?
3. Are there any automated processes that move tasks between statuses (for example, moving an “Upcoming” task to “Today” when the date arrives)?
Regarding Reminder Notifications: 1. I understand there are 6 reminder types available (at time, 5 minutes before, 10 minutes before, 15 minutes before, 30 minutes before, and 1 day before). Could you confirm whether these work reliably on both iOS and Android, especially with background restrictions on newer OS versions?
2. How does the backend API handle the relationship between the task’s scheduled date/time and the remainder calculations? Is the reminder time calculated on the client-side or server-side?
3. For tasks scheduled in the past, or if the reminder time has already passed, how does the system handle these edge cases?
4. How does the system handle notifications for recurring tasks? Are reminders automatically scheduled for each occurrence based on the repeat settings (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)?

Regarding Task Status Management 1. Yes, you can manage status by creating API accordingly. 2. That logic you have to build from the back-end. 3. There is not automated process to move task, you need to write a logic from the backend.
Notification: 1. You need to set cron job from backend, there is no such restriction from Android and iOS for notification. 2. Everything can be managed by server side from the backend. 3. Can assign to Upcoming until task status cannot be completed. 4. That login have to set from backend itself.
1) How to make money with this app, any AdMob or other option?
2) Can you print or generate a PDF?
3) Can you share with someone to show that you added to your things to-do list rather than just sending a screenshot?
4) As the owner, can they get the Web Admin Panel to add any categories?
5) Can the user create any categories, such as education, shopping, job-related, etc.?
Currently it is just a template, but you want to build a fully functional app then you can add subscription, AdMob option too. No, there is no functionality working with it cause it is just a template so there is no backend and admin panel integrated with it.
