It was unclear in which stage of the support ticket submission procedure you are facing this issue, so previous support operator thought that you would face that during item purchase confirmation and after being able to raise a new ticket.

Hi – Just installled the module into my Perfex CRM. I can create a Bookmark, inserting name and color. However the field which I should use for selecting icons isn’t appearing. Without the icon properly selected in the Bookmark creation form, it looks invisible in the tasks view. Can you help me to fix it? Thanks in advance

Hi, I have the same issue “Just purchased this. Have the latest version of Perfex installed. But having an issue with the plugin showing the Task Bookmarks on the main dashboard page. I can create a “New Task Bookmark” and then assign each task to the bookmark by clicking on the Icon that I created, but none of the tasks or bookmarks show up on my main dashboard. I’ve tried EVERYTHING. Please advise how to resolve this.” I opened a ticket already, no reply yet, thank you

You can create bookmarks in the module’s view, as shown in the screenshots.

Hello.

A single license can only be used in a single instance.

If you want to reset your license (you can do it once per 7 days), you can log into support portal and request a flush, through license management area.

I would like to see the ability to create custom bookmarks not only for employees, but also for customers.

also there are some other problems. 1 – when i add bookmarks to dashboard , i can not delete it from dashboard. (i went to dashboard to delete it) 2-When i delete the bookmark from “task bookmark” menu , the pined bookmark is still on the dashboard! How can i fix it?

Hello, I wrote the task bookmark name in Arabic but when i save it, it shows just question marks. How can i fix it?

Based on your username, the last reply of your previous ticket seems 5 days ago and this was one from our side, as I just verified with the support team, after asking them to review the tickets based on your username.

A ticket can be closed in an automated way ONLY from inactivity of your side, which means that you failed to respond during a timeframe of 4 days.

Do not worry – you can still reopen this ticket by pressing the reply button, after logging in at support area, in case this happens again in the future.

Since I dont have access (sales representatives answer comments section here) at your ticket’s information, I strongly suggest that you continue the conversation with the support team, either by replying to your inactive ticket, so it gets opened again, or in the new ticket, after getting the necessary response from the team.
