I have reusable checklists and predefined work-tasks for different projects. I cannot find out in your plugin how can I add “Checklist Items” inside task templates.
Please let me know how can I add Checklist Items to templates?
Actually I was looking for something like: process.st or manifest.ly or flowster.app or waybook.com (Checklists for Process Workflow)

this module is very good but I have problem its really serious when I create task template and choose not public every time I use the template it appears public and every one can see it so there’s no privacy in work so please fix this or make update

Is it possible to display the “Task Type” field from the Project Management Enhancements Module for Perfex CRM in the task templates? Also, could the option to mark or unmark the task as visible to the client be included? Additionally, with the latest update of Perfex, the options no longer appear in the task template assignment form view. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how to resolve this issue.

the module is very good but i have one problem is with the checklist when adding new task you can set assign , time , other but you can’t set the checklist item and after adding try to edit or add the checklist and i can’t find it , so it just create task but still have to make the checklist items for every task so its not what i thought , help to fix it if it possible please
hi i searched for it and found it to make checklist and save it as template first , after that the problem is , i opened the task template and choose the checklist item template and save editing , when i trying to make task from templates i can’t do it like the picture , the mouse icon converted to make the save button not clickable and the project templates to not working after adding the checklist template to the tasks inside like pic 3 it gives me blank page , if i removed the tasks with checklist items , it works fine ,

When opening a support ticket, the “Task” option appears in the menu with the button to create a new task. However, the option to select a task template is not available in the ticket form. Could you please provide me with the path and the corresponding code snippet?
It would be great if the option to choose and assign a template directly from the task form could be added in a future update.

Yes, code snippet is available in documentation. You need change file views/admin/tickets/single.php and code after line no 583.

I purchased the Task Templates module, and when I want to create a “template” it only allows me to add one step at a time, this does not solve what I am looking to create. For example, a good solution would be that when creating a checklist template, it can add step 1, step 2, step 3, step 4, and not have to select them 1 by 1, is this currently possible?
No this is not currently possible. Checklist templates are core functionality of perfex hence not added to this plugin. But for sure in future releases that functionality can be merged with this plugin.

I have purchased the module and its function is excellent. It would be beneficial if all of these features were integrated directly with the original Perfex views. I don’t understand why the developers of the different modules choose to create functionalities independently, generating alternative views that make the user experience difficult. For this module in particular, it would be fantastic and very functional to be able to assign and create templates directly from the task view itself, which would make the process much more practical and efficient.
Thank you for comment. To make it working inside task view we need to change core files which will be over written when you update Perfex. So that is not a perfect solution. For that in documentation I added a code snippet to paste in core files to show create button

Can you make it to where the template can have checklist items within the template? Its not doing that currently. Also, if creating the task directly from the task page, making it associated with the client in the name would be helpful. Something like a variable within the name
