Task Signature Module – Perfex CRM

The Task Signature Module, developed for Perfex CRM, allows you to manage your tasks more securely and efficiently. With this module, you can:

• Collect digital signatures from staff members upon task completion.
• Record the validity and completion status of tasks through the signature process.
• Ensure that employees finalize the signature process for their assigned tasks, adding discipline to task management.
• When all staff members have signed off on the task, the task status is automatically marked as completed.
• You can also request a signature from the customer for the task.
• Keep signature data securely stored within Perfex CRM for easy access when needed.

This module is designed to enhance security in your business processes and increase transparency in task management. It is fully compatible with Perfex CRM.
