SupportDesk is a.NET MVC application written in C#, jQuery v3.1.1 and Bootstrap v4. The software integrates with your customer service mailbox to assign and create tickets to your consultants so they can assist your customers.

Connect you support mailbox, wait for the SupportDesk service to synchronize your mailbox, view mails, assign tickets to users, any many more features.

The application consists of a website (MVC) and a Windows Service. The service monitors your configured mailboxes, processes the inbox, creates tickets from emails, sends replies to users and downloads the attachments.

The website is used to log in, create and manage users, departments, view, delete or assign tickets, comment on existing tickets, set ticket priorities and manage the state of your tickets.
