Hi We have been using SupportCandy for users but the latest update has caused havoc and we can’t get any sensible answers from the plugin author.
I would like to try yours to see if this will resolve our issues:
1. We want to allow “Subscriber” users only to have access to the ticket system as we only support clients that have an account with us. Ideally they should be WordPress Users, or happy to create users in the plugin with their access to ticketing system only. We offer live chat or contact form for those requiring pre-sales questions.
2, The login should be a different to WP default login (a unique page ideally with a shortcode for ticketing system login), and should recognise valid users “e.g. Subscribers” and only allow those with valid user ID and password to login and raise a ticket, which they can only see (no public tickets)
3. No Guests or OTP (One Time Password), as only registered users can login. Ideally they should be WordPress Users, or happy to create users in the plugin with their access to ticketing system only.
4, The new version has wiped out all the old data!!!, so if by some miracle we manage to recover the data, would we be able to import the tickets and their history?

The plugin is translation ready. All the strings are properly escaped and thoroughly checked for translation. You need to generate your own language files and call proper localisation function in your theme.

Hi, Is it possible to automatically generate a ticket for each email received, even if the owner of the email does not have an account? (to open a ticket for unregistered user). The idea is to generate a ticket for each message received in an account (example: ticket@createticket,coooom).

We have configured auto reply from email for tickets already generated. So customers can reply from email directly.
To auto generate tickets, will be a new feature request. We can integrate this feature at an extra cost as a service.

I like this plugin. Very nice and easy to handle with the Shortcode-Option.
BUT, i need help to make the tickets only markable as “solved” by Staff / Agent-Groups! PLEASE HELP ME!
This will take custom setting. Right now ticket can be marked as solved from both the client and support agent. You can choose to hide this option using css on client side page.

Hi There, Have tried emailing a couple of times. having an issue with trying to save info in the Email & IMAP settings. every time i enter info on this page and save, it clears it and can not find out why. i am running WP SMTP, does your plugin conflict with this. would love if you could touch base with me to sort this out

You would need some requirements in your system and what would be the cost and delivery time only if it is possible.
I would need the following: 1.That they can register to open a ticket and enable them to create guest tickets 2. That the email is not mandatory 3.
