The name “Tetris” is protected by copyright.

Blue Planet Software, agent for Tetris Holding LLC.

My advice, change the name to “Block Puzzle”, if don’t you will Destroy the accounts of your consumers.

Thanks for the warning, there are several games with the name tetris here on the platform. Clients usually buy and reskin the game, changing the name and look. Even so, I will consider this and I will change the name to a similar one. Thanks!
