hi – i cannot see how the player works continuously from page to page on the demo. I start the music on the bottom player – the sticky one – but when the new page loads the music has stopped. How is it supposed to work? Thanks, Robert5

Because the browsers have blocked the autoplay for HTML5 audio tag, now the continuous playback only works on Chrome & IE,
We’ve wrote this on the product page: “Due to the latest autoplay restrictions imposed by the browsers, this feature will work correctly only on Chrome and IE.”
To have a continuous playback on all browser your website needs to use AJAX loading or you should open the player on a pop-up window.

It will behave like you see there.
If you have a standard website, the header & footer are reloaded when a new page is loaded and since our player is in the footer it will be reloaded, too. That’s why you’ll experience a 1s pause when you navigate your website.

I use Safari with MacOS. On Chrome (MacOS) it works ok.
Maybe you have the cookies disabled on Safari
Now it stops working on Firefox, safari and Chrome. I Activated the player in footer but no luck.

Hi, I just purchased the plugin, and it works fine except that it won’t auto-play in Chrome. I just read some previous comments, and I guess since google made those changes, there’s nothing we can do about that?
I wish I would’ve known that before purchasing it. Please let me know if there’s anything that can be done about that.
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention… when I go to a different page, the music continues but there is a noticeable glitch sound. Is there any way to get it to play seamlessly, so there’s no distracting sound when going to a different page? Thanks!

To have no pause, your website needs to use AJAX loading. This has nothing to do with our player, but with your website navigation system.

Sorry but the restriction is only for mobile. I have a previous plugin that start the music without a problem on desktop version. so ?

Maybe on your website you have some cached version which auto-starts, which it will not happen for a new user

IOS have disabled the auto-play for HTML5 audio tag so no audio player will auto-play in IOS as long as Apple has this restriction.
