Good Customer support, please take a good look at your code while pushing any update because in your update files most of the times we noticed major code gaps and issues in flutter codes Admin panel perfectly works after every update, overall code quality is pretty good. Keep Up the good work.

I was expecting something better than this I tried to save some time developing the admin panel for this application but It's a nightmare.
1. The Laravel guards are not used properly to create different types of users in the app
2. Str::random to create auth tokens (seriously?)
3. A lot of commented code
4. Laravel good stuff is not being used a lot of code duplication
5. No unit tests :(
6. Database migrations are broken
7. The business setting table is horrible a lot of serialized values that could be stored differently
8. The developers didn't understand the concept of the public storage folder and the symlink behaviour they mapped all the resources to storage/app/public/resource instead of link properly the public folder

First of all thanks for your valuable feedback. As this is a big system sir, for that we tried to follow the best architecture and structure to make the code more maintainable. For auth token, we think the random number is not a fact though we can improve it, for Laravel guards we are improving that, though the current system is also ok. Here as we provide a sample database and we need to maintain lots of versions as the different buyers use different versions so you can't generate the database by database migration and that is why we provide sample database when you install the system. And for public storage, we know about that sir but as lots of servers are available in this world and all the server are not the same types which create different kinds of problems and that is why we keep it in this way. And we don't think this will create any kind of problem and if you are a developer then you can easily make it as per your need sir. By the way thanks again for your concern and we are also working on this system continuously and updating it day by day. Stay following us.
a thrid class app , without any proper support. They demand money for every thing. Very difficult to install and custmoize. for customization they demand extra charges.

Our installation process is designed to be simple and user-friendly. For the web version, it only requires a few straightforward steps. For the mobile apps, some mandatory configurations are needed, as the apps must be released under your own branding.
Regarding customization, additional development always requires extra cost. Expecting fully personalized solutions free of charge is not practical.

I did not like the way they dealt with customers. For everything, they kept asking for money. I mistakenly selected the wrong option, and money was sent to them. I asked them to adjust this amount towards the extended version, but they never listened. I had already bought both the Frontend and Backend packages and asked for the API documentation. They told me to buy the extended version. By mistake, I purchased extended support, and I requested them to adjust the payment, but they kept insisting that I buy all 4 packages, even though I already owned 2. Worst experience ever."

Sir kindly please don't misuse this review section for your bad intentions or need, We told you that it is not possible to adjust the licenses in Envato there is no way to give you extended license with a discount coupon or another way, you can contact with Envato support regarding this. Secondly, if you want modification then you must need to pay sir, this is very simple and straightforward, why you are feeling discomfort to pay for our hard work though till now you haven't paid anything to us, you paid for extended support which is also logical and that is why Envato has this option. The product is very good, but customer service is terrible, they are not there, and there is no expectation of them being there. I managed to make it work by myself, and I recommend to everyone to do the same because the support from these people is lazy and unprofessional.
