The program Sputnik is a set for searching and determining the location of devices, and communication with this is implied and people who are lost or are in a desperate state. The workflow of the program is as follows, it interacts with the mobile application using the majority of available networks, namely WiFi networks, 2G-3G-4G, GSM + GPS and A-GPS in connection with this, almost anywhere in the world the application is able to locate rights.
