I installed the plugin but I don’t see it in the wordpress menu, besides this my uap doesn’t let me activate the button

I have been buying thousands of dollars with Envato for the last nine years and this is the first time I spent $7 in something confusing and won’t work. Wouldn’t be better for you just put everything together in one PLUG IN and have customer pay $20? It would do less damage to you. I would NOT recommend this ADD ON because I don’t have the PLUG IN which i have to buy

consider buying but need some clarification first. The basic module “Social share & Locker Pro” is not listed as compatible with WPML but this add on is? Is the basic plugin compatible with WPML?

This Item is an AddOn (as the name and description says) for the main Plugin: Social Share&Locker. Once the main plugin is installed, the Share Point tab will become active and you can see all the features available via this AddOn.

Just I have checked the demo of this plugins. Everything is great but in the fact of social locking, twitter locker is not working perfectly. If I click on twitter share button then content is unlocked away before twitting.

Just bought this addon, but is not showing on mobile version (when I click the circle the popup window opens on the left side out of the scree) I tried to open a support ticket but is not accepting my purchase code…. so weird.

The Share Point manage dynamically the Popup box position based on current Point position because it can be set or moved in any corner of the screen. Still, on some mobile devices, the current position may not be identified based on some technical restriction. For Mobile, the Custom Mobile Templates are mostly used.
Still, try to open a ticket providing more details, your website and mobile device model for some tests. You need to use the credentials/puchase code and the Topic from the Main Plugin: Social Share&Locker Pro.
