Hi, I do not know what the problem is, I am using the latest version of the app, but the authorisation fails every time. I am only using it on the one laptop, there is no other machine on which it is running or installed, and I am the only one with access to the Purchase codes, so no one could have installed it anyhow. I did try again this morning, but it still fails. Any suggestions, I have cleared my virus scanner’s container, and even deactivated it.
