SMSAPI for LatePoint is an addon for LatePoint which allows you to send SMS notifications to your LatePoint customers and agents via SMSAPI.

With that said, SMSAPI for LatePoint is NOT a standalone plugin and requires LatePoint to be operable.

Quick Start Guide

  1. From the LatePoint Dashboard, navigate to Notifications > Settings.

  2. Check the Enable SMS Notifications checkbox.

  3. Click the toggle button beside the SMSAPI logo to enable sending SMS notifications via SMSAPI for LatePoint.

  4. Click the Instructions toggle to display setup instructions.

  5. Follow the detailed instructions then click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page.

  6. Congrats! You’re all set and ready to send SMS notifications via SMSAPI for LatePoint!

  7. To configure Quick SMS, navigate to Notifications > Quick SMS Settings
