This item is a form script, when form submit the admin will receive email with all form values and also has auto responder email features. This script don’t have any backend functionality. So, if you like to customize the form for registration then you have to code for both frontend (registration form) and backend (registration processing).

I have another item (RegForm) which has built with HTML, CSS, JS but there no PHP coding included, only the form design with proper jQuery/ajax validation. You can check my portfolio.

Once the visitor (client/customer) submits the form – the admin (you) will receive an email with the form input values (please check screenshots). Now admin can set the recipient email as webmail/gmail as they like in the settings PHP file.

Also if the admin wants to send an autoresponder email to the client/customer admin can set the autoresponder as true. This option will send an autoresponder email to the client’s/customer’s email (please check screenshots).

Sorry! to say no! it will not be translated into the system language. It will require to choose language manually.

I have included around 82 Calendar Languages file for date picker. Also you can try to add more language file by yourself. I believe it will not be hard job. Also I will be more than happy to assist.

Friend, I didn’t understand your answer, I’m from Brazil, normally when it’s not multilingual I enter the language file in general in English and translate it by hand, the issue is that in several scripts the date texts of the date picker are not in the file language but in the script itself and in this case in some I translate and it works and in others the translation generates an error and it stops working.

I also entered the hotel reservation demo and it didn’t work, I filled out everything correctly but the script kept warning me that I didn’t register an adult or child and I put 1 for adult and 0 for child and it didn’t work

Hi, yes, you can use this form script for multiple pages of your website (single domian/website). envato market Item license is valid for 1 license/per website. If you need to use this item for more than 1 websites then have to purchase unique license for each website. Thanks

just to clarify, i can use this form for example to create a VACATION LEAVE request form in page 1 and page 2 use it to create a SICK LEAVE request form? but all in 1 website?

Please note that this item is not a form builder, it is a form script made on html, css, js and php. 1. no, form export not included. as this form made on html you can copy code and make a copy of the form. according to envato license terms each website requires individual license. 2. as I have mentioned the form has built with html then you can mange/customize the form according to your need. Just you need to know html, css, js and php. I have provided many sample demo form with different structure you can use any demo and customize accordingly.

So nice of you. I am grateful to you for eporting this. in the live demo ‘number of person’ is not working but in the main download all is fine. I am going to fix this issues in live demo.

About past booking in the demo past date disabled because booking only for current and future days but in the js settings past date can be enable so easily just a single line change.

Hi, if you check demo you will see google recaptcha included. No, database functionality included but you can mnage if you know html and php because in email sending php file you will get all form submit data. Thanks

Hi, My server using php 7.1 and email is working fine. I am not sure why are you facing problem. I am using PHPMailer 5.2.26 the latest version of 5. Version 6 requires minimum php 5.5 that’s why not I am using version 5.2.26. Because some web server still using php 5.3, 5.4. But I am respecting your advice to upgrade PHPMailer and hopefully will upgrade soon.
