Hello,
I am a user of the two-factor authentication protection system. Currently, your system that I use requires me to install Google’s two-factor authentication application. However, I find it a bit cumbersome and would prefer to receive the two-factor authentication code via WhatsApp, as is the case on Facebook or Kimi.
Could you please consider implementing this option so that the two-factor authentication code can be sent via WhatsApp? I think this would make the process more convenient and accessible for many users.

Given the global acceptance and widespread use of Google’s two-factor authentication application, we are currently using it for 2FA in Smart School. However, we will try to introduce OTP options via phone sms and WhatsApp also, in upcoming future updates.

Yes new update has been released for all addons, you have got notification from envato/codecanyon otherwsie you can check at addon codecanyon page .
Does Two Factor Auth work with Smart School Android App?
There is no support for two-factor authentication in the Smart School Android app. Since the Smart School Android App is not a finance or money-related app and is primarily used to display students data, there is no practical need for 2FA. Students and parents typically use the app on their personal phones and generally don’t log out once logged in, so there is no such use for 2FA in the app version, and 2FA is available in the web version because it is used in a variety of non-trusted devices and web browsers and often login and logout many times.
However, if we get sufficient requests to add 2FA in the Android app, then we will try to add two-factor authentication in the upcoming future updates of the Smart School Android App.
Where can a student apply for or download the certificates? I am not talking about the certificate generation. I am talking about the students and parents service they should get.
Smart School currently doesn’t have option to apply certificates from student/parent panel, however school staff can print certificates from admin panel and distribute to students.
While login only can I select the branch name? Or is automatically shows login user branch by default?
Only home branch users can login and by default home branch will be select. Here home branch is that where Smart School with Multi Branch addon has been installed.
So, each branch will get their own domain? or subdomain to access that particular branch? Please provide the Multi branch user login demo to understand that module. I have checked the screenshots of multi branch and its quite good.
Yes, each branch will get their own domain or subdomain or subfolder and can be accessible and manageable through their own domain or subdomain or subfolder. Please check following other branch access url and login credentials -
