Hello, I don’t want the Smart Hospital plugin. I want to know if Smart School Quick Fees can help me in this case: 1. Quickly assign in bulk that the fee has been paid for an entire grade, for example 1st “A,” and not do it one student at a time, as it takes too long.

Unfortunately currently there is no option aviliable in Smart School Quick Fees Create to assign fees to multiple students or a entire class-section students at once , however we will try to add it in upcoming updates.

Please note that Quick Fees Create is an addon product of Smart School and is present under the Fees Collection module, i.e., Fees Collection > Quick Fees Create. Unfortunately currently there is no option available to edit or update already assigned Quick Fees, and you can unassign the Quick Fees for the student (by the Unassign Fees button, and after unassigning the Quick Fees from the student, all its records will also be deleted from student fees), and then you can create new updated Quick Fees for the student, but there is no option to edit or update already created and assigned Quick Fees. Then how we can add another fees for same person?

Please note that Quick Fees Create is available for the rapid creation of fees without the need of creating a Fees Group, Fees Type, Fee Master, etc. and if you need to edit or update fees again and again, then you should create your Fee Master (Fees Groups, Fees Types, Fees Master) for student fees, so you can easily edit/update it again and again according to your needs. Thanks for your feedback, however to keep Quick Fees Create flexible we have not provided fees type dropdown and added first installment (optional) and balance option, first installment option should be treated as admission fees which is generally applied for new admissions.
