Why didn’t you mention in the instructions interface that a new license must be purchased for every branch that is opened, this is really unfair.
In the Smart School Multibranch Codecanyon page in Requirements, it’s already mentioned that -
Smart School (for home branch) pre installed on your server
Smart School (for other branches which will be add in home branch) pre installed on your server

So to add a branch to the Multibranch ( installed on your main/home branch) it is essential that your each and every branch has Smart School installed and registered with its respective purchase code.

Do you have android app with teacher login? if so, can teacher take attendance?
Currently Smart School Android App available for student/parent panel. For staff like teachers, admin, accountant etc. we are developing separate android app for admin login panel which is currently under development. How many parents can be added for a student? Can both the father and mother have their own accounts to manage their child in the school management system?
While adding a student in Smart School, you can add a father, a mother, and a guardian. The system will automatically generate and email the login credentials for both the student and the parents. Please note that the same credentials can be used by the father, mother, and guardian, which means there is no need for individual login accounts. These credentials will provide access to the parent user panel.

It means if I have 5 branches I have to buy this Multi Branch Addon for 5 time ($49 X 5 = $220) Am I right? Kindly clear this last question.
Let me clarify again -
If you have 5 branches then you have to buy 1 Regular license for each branches i.e 5 branches ($59 X 5 = $295) because all branches can work individually as standalone school (Smart School) further you need only single Multi Branch Addon ($49 X 1 = $49) and install this single Multi Branch Addon in any any branch (among these 5 branches) as home branch which adds feature of Multi Branch in that Smart School branch further you can connect other 4 branches in your home branch.
This whole 5 branch setup requires -
1 Regular license for each branches i.e 5 branches ($59 X 5 = $295)
1 Regular license of Multi Branch Addon ($49 X 1 = $49)
Total $295 + $49 = $344
I have a problem. I bought a multi-branch add-on and installed it, but when I add a new branch, it asks me for details of the new database. The problem is that my hosting, Hostinger, does not accept creating two databases with the same user, and you want the same user to be for both databases. What is the solution here?

Pre Sales Questions: 1. Do you have SAAS Version/ Module for this product? 2. And do you have a module for back office accounting? Like Payments Banks (Bank Accounts where fees/income will go and where expenses will be deducted from), Transfer Money from one account to another? 3. 3 if you want to use for multiple schools then we strongly suggest you to purchase extended license of Smart School and its addon products to use in unlimited multiple schools and also to resell Smart School and its addons to other clients. Extended license allows you to use or sell Smart School for unlimited installations or to sell your unlimited clients as single end product. These extended licenses will also be used in the SAAS version in the future, so if you currently purchased an extended license of Smart School and its addon products, then you can also use these extended licenses for the SAAS version of Smart School.

Now, my issue is as follows:
I purchased this module as part of the Plugin Multipack. However, on trying to activate and actually use the Multisite module, I am finding the instructions in your documentation extremely ambiguous and vague as to whether I need to install the multisite module on both the home-site and each member site that I intend to have on the multisite network? ...or, is it to be installed on the Home Site only and all member sites do not get any of Step 1 (database import) and Step 2 (site FTP file update) done on them?
At https://smart-school.in/article/how-to-add-the-new-branch-in-smart-school-home-branch , your documentation says, “Note: (1) When you add the new branch in your Smart School, database Username and Password must be same for the all branches including home branch database.” Well, with all due respect, this phrase is utterly confusing and not meaning anything at all, if we are being honest. I mean, could someone kindly explain here what the intended meaning of this phrase is, please? In my case, after setting up as per instructions, I faced an error, which at the moment, I do not know whether it is caused by the member site not having had Step 1 and Step 2 done on them or not.
I have tried to reinstall the module and set it up, multiple times now, which is meant to be a simple task in a single take, but I have gone round the bend with it, and it’s doing my head in, now.
I know I can get support for this matter via tickets, which I will ask for shortly, but, I am asking this here for the benefit of any of my peers out there who are using this module and may be needing to know this, too.

Smart School Multibranch setup is a little bit complicated, and as you have mentioned and suggested, we will try to improve our documentation to install and configure Smart School Multibranch.
You have to only install Smart School Multibranch in your main/home branch, and you don’t have to install the Multibranch addon module in all of your branches. You have to only add it to your main/homebranch and then add your branches to it.
Regarding “When you add the new branch in your smart school, the database username and password must be the same for all branches, including the home branch database,” please note that in multibranch setup for all branches, including the home branch, the files used are the same, but databases are switched every time behind the scenes for every different smart school branch when you switch branches. That’s why the database username and password must be the same for all branches, including the home branch database.
However if you are facing any issue in configuring Multibranch in your Smart School then please open a support ticket about it and there send us all the details so we will set it up for you.

i want to use a single domain with no separate sub domains for each school and want to run my 3 schools together using multi branch add-on. Is it possible to use it that way or i have to create subdomains for each branch first and have individual setup done first ???
You can use Smart School Multibranch as you have mentioned, for this you have to purchase 1 regular license of Multibranch addon and 3 regular licenses of Smart School. Then you can install Smart School first in your main domain (registered with 1 regular license) and after this you can make 2 sub folders on your server for this domain and install other 2 Smart School here (register with their each respective regular licenses) and then install Multibranch addon in one of your Smart School which you want to make your homebranch/main branch and add your other 2 schools as branches in this whole Multibranch setup.
so from your reply what i understand is that domain.com/school1 domain.com/school2 instead of them using domain.com and entering their login credentials to enter their school
but what we were looking for is that from domain.com itself they get to just put their credentials and enter their respective schools
In Smart School Multibranch setup all branches works independently from admin panel to their front site (with integrated dashboard in main branch using Multibranch addon) so if you were looking that from domain.com itself they get to just put their credentials and enter their respective schools is not possible because in this way front site cannot be open for branches separately.

Hi there, I just tried your demo, but I’ve noticed that u have no control over the branches, u can only add or remove branches. Maybe I’m missing the point here, but I believe that it would be great if we can manage the branches from a super admin dashboard.
You can manage all branches data and perform any action whatever branches do individually like create student, create staff, create exam etc. from multibranch superadmin but you cannot create new branches instead of you can add already installed Smart School branches in your multibranch Smart School.
