Hi, Can I know where it gets the data about sleep stages – Deep sleep, REM, Light sleep? Does it have integration to get data from an Apple or Android phone? Thanks

SleepWell is a Professional UI Kit / App Template developed with Flutter. It provides the complete frontend structure and modern UI designs for a sleep tracking app.
Since this is a template, the data (Deep sleep, REM, etc.) is currently represented with mock data. However, because it is a clean Flutter project, you can easily integrate Apple HealthKit or Google Fit API to fetch real-time data from smartphones or wearables.
It’s designed to save you a lot of time on the UI/UX side!
