Hi, great work. How does it work with Skype for business?
1. Don’t you have any updates so far? 2. Does it requires the user or the agents to login to skype or the hosted site?
Currently No update It requires Users to Login. The Agent can be offline and he can check messages when he is online

we are using the Skype JS directly from Skype Server. These issue is from there side But the Plugin will work properly. There will be No issue in working of plugin. 2. I checked its working, Can try other browser or system
HI, thanks fo your work, but i have a problem, i dont receive push notification when a persone write me. I checked all notifications on the configuration.

2 Questions. 1) Does it work with multiple domains simultaneously I run about 10 sites. 2) Does it work with a regular PHP website (Non-Wordpress…)
Answers: 1) Yes 2) If you have knowledge of PHP and WP Plugins then you can copy the code and setup in your PHP Website.

Can this “autofocus” on input field when you click contact so user doesn’t have to click the “type to chat” field?
Also, can you remove branding, or even make it more subtle “Powered by Skype” to a different color or location?
One more thing, what about pressing ESC on keyboard. Can you make it so it’ll close the popup box?
We are Using the Skype JS so its from there side so we cant remove the Branding. Widget color can be changed. You need to customise for the ESC Key. I will add these Points in my Next Update. Thanks

Will add the ESC Close usabiility. Yes if you add the Plugin it will show in all pages of the website.

These will not work with Wordpress. You can hire us for freelancer work and we can customize on your website. You can add as much as agent. we prefer nor more than 6. As per design
