Hi, thanks for the plugin, it works perfectly, but I’m trying to set it up on a multi language site, with WPML and in languages other than the main one it gives error. is there any way to make it compatible? Thanks

I left a message a month ago in the support forum and you haven’t answered me, can you please help me!

Hi,

Unfortunately our devs haven’t been able to make it compatible with your specific requirement as that setup’s quite unique. It was on the backlog but a solution hasn’t been found yet. Please open a refund request and we’ll process it.

Thanks.

Ok, how can i do that?

Hi there, does your plugin also self host Typekit Webfonts?

Hey,

Sorry this is only for Google Fonts.

Cheers.

Ok, thanks. Do you know about a solution for Typekit Webfonts? By the way, I have used your free plugin on a few sites successfully but on this website the Google font local hosting does not work with your plugin. Do you know why that could be? And would the Pro plugin make it work? www bitedelite de

I used the free version of your plugin successfully on 3 websites. However, on our latest website it does not work at all: www bitedelite de . Do you know why that is and will the Pro version work on our site guaranteed? Thanks for creating such a needed and useful plugin!

Thats a pre purchase question: does or will this plugin support Wordpress 5?

Hey,

Yes it does work fine with WordPress 5.

Cheers.

Support with wp rocket?

Hey,

Sorry, we haven’t tested it with WP Rocket so we can’t say this for sure. But it’s tested to work fine with W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize and several other cache plugins.

Cheers.

Could I receive access to the plugin and so I can perform a compatibility test with wp rocket?

Hi, I bought my program license to solve the problems of the sources, but I could never use it. When I install the plugin and I activate plugins, W3C Total Cache tells me to empty cache to use. But empty cache and continues in inactive plugins in wordpress. If I disable W3C Total Cache, if the plugin works, but then there are no sources to optimize! they are minimized since there is. What I do? How do I solve this in order to use the purchased product?

Hey,

As we handle support queries at the support forums and are waiting your reply in this topic you created, if you still need help with it, please respond in that topic.

Thanks.

Hello there!

Here’s a pre-sale question: Is this plugin compatible in a website using GeneratePress as a theme, Elementor as a page builder and WP Rocket as a cache plugin?

Thanks!

Hi, nice work.

Pre-Purchase question: do you know if this plugin will work on sites made with ThriveArchitect (the content builder plugin created by ThriveThemes)?

I ask because I tried the free version from the WP repository and it was still loading the fonts from Google (I use wp-rocket as well, disabled it and all of the other plugins for testing. No joy.) The plugin wasn’t able to load the fonts locally on any page created with this content builder.

Thanks!

Hey,

Sorry we have no experience with Thrive Architect so we can’t confirm if it works on that.

If there are fonts still loading from Google Fonts when using the free version, you will have to find out how your theme is embedding the fonts. If it’s via WebFont Loader or WordPress native enqueues or Google standard method, it will work well (WebFont loader is not supported in free version though). You can also try this this troubleshooting.

Cheers.

I cannot register to get support. I enter the purchased code supplied by Envato and it says that it is invalid. Please advise.

Hey,

Please send us your purchase code via this contact form and we’ll get it fixed.

Cheers.

Hey,

That’s way too many fonts to load on a request so we would recommend finding a way in your theme to only register the required fonts and their subsets. Currently it’s registering too many font character sets, fonts and weights which probably times out while downloading. Even if not for this plugin, you should fix this anyways with your theme author. Further, If you are using the free version of the plugin, please post at wp.org forums for support.

Cheers.

you haven’t any screenshots of backend. could you explain difference from the same free plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/selfhost-google-fonts/ as i see your and free plugin are the same. only your named as pro. what does your “pro” mean? could you add screenshots of settings from backend?

Hey,

The base free plugin doesn’t include support and lacks some of the premium features. You can find few of the premium features in our documentation: Documentation here

Few of the premium features that aren’t in free:

JS WebFont Loader processing, Font Display Behavior, Preload Fonts, Easy way to verify it works, and ability to Force a particular Language Subset.

Good suggestion at screenshots. We’ll add them the next opportunity we get.

Cheers.

Hi,

It’s not working for me… I get errors when I go to verify. Wasn’t sure where to post on your website’s support

Hey,

Have you been able to register to our support site? Please create a topic in this forum. (seems like it had permission issue)

When posting your topic there, please leave a link to your website and try to follow the troubleshooting steps in documentation to ensure disabling other plugins has been tried.

Cheers.
