Do you have any detailed documentation on how to change/add/modify levels to see if it is easy or need unity advanced knowledge?

no need unity advance knowledge. And you will get a Basic Documentation for changing ids and make new levels.

Also it have already some levels created so you can duplicate and change it and make new level.
