If you want to move then you must export your full database > create new db credential’s and import your database sql file on your new server > phpmyadmin and the last step you must edit and add your new db credential’s on application > config > database file

I’ve spent the entire day going through your demos (admin, mentor, and mentee dashboards), and I must confess, you’ve built a really solid system. I’m planning to purchase the Extended License, but I need a few clarifications before making the final decision.
1. Is the platform’s codebase fully modifiable? For example, can we go into the PHP code to add or modify features to suit our specific needs?
2. Can the header and footer be disabled so we can use a custom-built one instead? I already have a website with a preferred UI, and I only need users to access the mentors listing page from there.
3. Is it possible to custom-build the homepage or sections of the homepage?
4. If direct modification isn’t allowed, is there a shortcode or a method to display the registration modal and the mentors search page separately?
5. Can the admin assign different commission rates to different mentors individually?

1. Yes you can customise this script as you need but you have knowledge about HTML and PHP
2. You can disable/hide header & footer but if you want to add a new header & footer then you must modify our current design with css style
3. You can manual modify the landing page and add or remove any sections
4. Sorry there are no short code method
5. No right now same commission rates are applied for all mentors
Note: We also do custom feature implementation so if you need any modifications like separate commission rate for each mentors or others then we are able to any modifications on this script.

It’s okay. I fixed the issue with ome minor edits to some files. Now my question is; does the extended verion provides saas functions like subscription plan and sub-instances? However, can you help with listing this PWA on Android store or create a native app based on this codebase??
This script doesn’t include a SaaS concept because it’s built on a commission-based model. Also, the PWA doesn’t require or include any App Store approval — it simply creates an app icon on your phone’s home screen that opens the web version, allowing it to function like a mobile app.
Are you planning on creating a native mobile app soon? If not, can you create one for us? Moreover, can you customize the script to be saas?
Sorry don’t have any plan to add mobile app but if you need saas based module that is possible as a custom feature development.

Tried to install, after the DB and then setuping admin username, email address and password, it says creating site and then redirects and goes to site.com/ and nothing comes.
Tried to install various times, using php8.1 in hostgator (least version available on hostgator).

On May 30, 2025, we purchased your Mentorship application, created a server, installed Ubuntu 24.04 LTS + PHP 8.3, the required environment and started the installation. A series of errors required downgrading versions to PHP8.3 to 8.1, then to 7.4. And still, at the last stage, database connection errors occur. 4 days ago, we sent access to our server and a purchase code to your email: codericks.envato@gmail.com and ordered the installation due to installation errors on our side. Hello. The environment is installed correctly. The current version of PHP is 8.1. With versions 8.2+, you can not even try, the installer will not start. In the documentation, this version of PHP is misleading. On older versions, the installer does not start at all.
At the third step of the installer “Database” an error code 500 occurs. Message in the browser console: “(failed)net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE”.
Headers: “Request URL https://domainname.com/install/database.php Request Method POST Status Code 500 Internal Server Error”We spent 8 hours of our DevOps, downgraded PHP from 8.4 to 8.3, from 8.3 to 8.1, OS, moved from Nginx to Apache web server, played with the settings and nothing helped. Either make normal instructions or make the installation for free. But I am sure high-quality installation instructions would solve this problem for many! We look forward to receiving your feedback as soon as possible.

There is no information about the system requirements for the hardware/software (environment and server) anywhere in the documentation. What additional packages and dependencies might be needed? And so on. Please provide this information in more detail and, please, expand the documentation section so that it is there. Including, is it allowed to use more productive web servers. Your demo uses Apache. Is it possible to use NGINX and others?

While I personally haven’t worked extensively with NGINX, several of our customers successfully run the script on NGINX-based servers, so it should work fine with the correct configuration.
