Yes can be done in Android Studio but you need to export the game from construct 3 to Android project. But you need Construct 2 or Construct 3 personal license to able modified the source code, this game source code can not be modified in Android Studio.

Other way to compile this game to an APK can use Cordova CLI, phonegap, or directly build debug/release APK from Construct 3.

1. Can ads (admob) be placed in this? If yes, then do we need to program something or is it ready made and just need to add admob id?
2. Can the built apk be uploaded as-is or will it be rejected by the playstore because this is already in playstore?
3. Do a lot of things need to be changed before Playstore upload?
4. What are the things that can be changed without a Construct licence (images etc) ? I plan on using Phonegap to build apk

1. Yes if you have Construct 2 or Construct 3 Personal License. Also if you have Construct 3 the plugin itself ready for GDPR with consent screen. You no need other program except Construct 2 or Construct 3 for adding construct 2/3 admob official plugin.

2. I’m not publish this game to the Playstore, but I don’t know if other buyers upload this game to the playstore. If you want to upload this game to the Playstore please change the game name, application ID (com.xxxx.xxx) also I recommended to change the player sprite or tilemap.

3. If you have Construct 3 you just need to add mobile advert official plugin, just insert your application id, your admob unit ads, publisher id, and configure consent screen for support GDPR. Also a trigger to call show ads (example when player die then show the ads).

4.The thing you can change without Construct 2 or Construct 3 license is just image sprite, sound fx and BGM. This game using tilemap 16×16 px also for sprite sheets.

I recommended Construct 3 personal license, if you want to modified the game source code and export + monetize for multi-platform.

Thank you I bought the item and construct 3, and now inside the construct editor it says official admob plugin already included. Could you please let me know where I need to add the publisher id etc? (I have done the steps in admob site from this guide https://www.construct.net/en/make-games/manuals/construct-3/plugin-reference/mobile-advert just need to know where to add my id inside the game project)
