Hi, I have 2 questions about this app.
1) I installed the demo customer app and when I click on a service then change the quantity of the items, it becomes very laggy and buggy and takes plenty of time for it to be changed. Why is this case? Could it be fixed?
2) Can the “subscriptions” be customized that I can add for example 5 dry cleaning items without specifying the items in addition to 3kg of items for an added service called “wash and fold”. Can it be modified and customized this way?

Hi, I see that your solution is billing by having a price per clothing item. Does your system have a way to bill by the weight instead ? at least on the US market this is how laundromats do the billing.

No you won’t, you said the same thing last time … you told me a date and still didn’t deliver, then tomorrow at 6 pm, then the next day, then next, then next, then you stop communicating or responding to any communication. You delivered nothing… Should I share the contract for the work, the bank payments, and the screenshot of our communication why I say it’s a scam? Just please refund my money or finish the job. swear that’s the 20th time I have heard that, your contract said the customisations would take 10 days, it’s now over 3 months and I when you’ll decide to set dates and don’t deliver multiple times without communication after various attempts to inquire about the deliverables, it becomes just not professional anymore. This week, when? No one explained anything, all I get are excuses of why you don’t deliver when you say you would and then get ignored for weeks leading me to bring my dissatisfaction public.
Your project almost completed, single vendor need to be converted to multi vendor that’s why took time, before or on this weekend you will get the app, don’t worry about that.

Hi, can I please get my money back. It’s been 1 month now and I have not had any communication from you even after reaching out to you on the official WhatsApp that you provided. You promised that you would have the project delivered by weekend (which you never delivered). Overall you promised 7-10 days delivery and this is the 5th month without delivery and no communication and when you do communicate you don’t deliver as you said. Just please refund my payment so I can find another developer to get the job done.

i checked the demo, everything working fine except the address, after adding the address using map its showing “please wait” on delivery address on address text field. however i procced with checkout, order placed successfully but web admin panel showing address as “please wait” and also in delivery boy app(partner app)
