This is quite a great system. I have one issue. I want to use it especially for reports. However, I would like it to allow comments or remarks per subject, as teachers teach different subjects in one class. So I want each subject to have its comment. Can the grading system be adjusted to mark the subject mark and average only, without putting (A+ or B+ or GPA). So that on the report we only have student Mark in Percentage and average per subject or grade and comment. I also want to know if if the report template is editable.

1. After when i finish 1st term in 2019 and i want to compute for new student in year 2020, there is no way to do that.

2. If you change the year from setting, it will not dispay in the frontend section. Can you explain how to move to another year without affecting the previous year.

Please I have come question before I purchase your RMS software. When I went through the demo I can see some flaws and old fashion way of results.

1. Please is there way to add teachers signature and principal plus next term resumption stamp at the bottom of the results.

2. I can see that there is no number of students class attendant such as, Days Absent, Days Present, class teacher name, next term resumption and position in Class. All these are important in Result Computations. All what you added was BASIC.

3. There be a grades for BEHAVIOURAL / PRACTICAL TRAITS such as Behavious, sport, moral etc.

4. No student promotion. Lastly there is no way to print certificate online. There should a place where to select either Certificate or Result OR maybe where to print Student certificate.

All those things are missing in your software and I would be glad if you can add those things to it then you can make more sales because I can see that you only make 60+ sales but with all these I mentioned you can generate more sales.

I need quick answer to all these then I can purchase it.

Before purchasing please I want to know if you have module where the teachers can login and do the computation without using the admin password.

Because it is not good to for the teachers to have access to modules like Setting, certificate templates etc.

Now I have few questions..

1. Can student have access to his own result when login. 2. Can All teachers login into the software with different username and login and have access only to his/her class students alone. So that all teachers can be entering the results as students finishing it. 3. Can parent login and check their wards or children result by using scratch card or like that. Or maybe not. 4. Finally can the grade and parameters be customize? Incase if schools are using over 1000 instead of 100.
