Hi visionweb28, it depends. If you talking about this application, I say YES it can. So, this application can build an API to connect your external form data to this apps but need to follow the rules. For your second question, this app does not support mongo yet. But soon it’s supported.

Hi, what you download on the preview, thats basic form to submit to your form table without redirection. Just thank you popup. Please adjust the form design base on your landingpage / webpage design without change the name attribute, and script on the bottom.

In this version, I am not provide for the redirect link after form submission, but you can possible to set on the script on the bottom.
