This is a 2 step form for building your own restaurant booking application. On a first step user has to select number of guests, date and time. On a second step user has to fill in contact details and answer on custom questions.
There is no reservation logic in back-end so you can write your own logic or use 3rd party API like api.reservationdiary.eu Full source code is included.
Application is written on C#, with API calls and Angular JS for presentations.
