Hi! Thanks for purchasing one of our items. Inside the zip file there is a folder named Documentation. Inside the Documentation folder you will find an index.html file with everything you need on how to install this script to your code.

You can easily customize the pre-made templates to your needs by editing the html files on any basic code editor like Visual Studio or Sublime.

Form isn’t submitting the mail/data. I’ve checked over all the suggestions and the problem remains unsolved. My server settings are correct, messages aren’t in spam, form shows as message was sent….

Everything works for me except sending of data. I followed the instructions rigorously and triple checked things but it still activates ‘message_error’ I’m using Feedback style 1.. Again, the url of this problem is http://home.yardsmartllc.com click upper right hand Contact modal button and you will see what I mean… I even took just full.html form and added to my hosting directory and it is doing the same thing so it might be a script conflicting? I will continue to find the issue, and let me know if you can take a couple minutes to look at it..Not a rush ..just anxious to see it work. Thanks again

I just purchased your formabout an hour ago and I’ve having trouble getting the form to send. Im using bootstrap 4 and I’ve choosen the full.html form to use. The form is in the basic popup BS4 modal. When I submit the form the error message pops up. Is the problem the BSmodal maybe? Let me know if you’ve heard an issue like this..I’m Hosting with CPanel and The site is unsecured at the moment. http://home.yardsmartllc.com , click the contact btn and you will see what I mean..Thanks
Wow, this is nothing like I imagined this to be. I am NOT a tec person AT ALL. I purchase software, download it, press a button and expect to use it. There are NO instructions on HOW to open or use this item whatsoever. There are no steps on how to unzip the file. I ASSUMED I would purchase this item, download it and there would be some kind of tutorial on HOW TO USE IT but there is nothing. I don’t know WHICH zip file to open first anyway…. I barely even know HOW to open a zip file in the first place! I see the rules here is that you cannot INSTALL it for me BUT I figured there would be clear instructions on how to install it on my own. I also paid extra for extended tec support BUT (It seems) that the ONLY tec support is the author period who responds here every few days or so. This feels like a mistake 
Hi, the zip file is a standard file format in which every file downloaded from CodeCanyon comes in. For us authors it’s a requirement to upload these scripts compressed within a zip file, as it is also a requirement to upload documentation and instructions on how to use it. In most computers all you have to do is double click on the zip file and it will automatically open. Inside the zip file there are a couple of folders and files that make the script work. One of those folders is called Documentation. Inside that folder you can find every single instruction on how to install and use the script. I’m sorry it is looking so complicated, and I’m willing to give you all the support you need but there’s not much I can do if you can’t open the zip file.
Ok, I have downloaded it again….the link that says “all files and documentation”. When the file opens there are only 3 files called:

WHICH one do I open?
Then, after I open that file WHICH file do I click on NEXT?
I Need STEP by STEP instructions on how to use the product!!

Answer me this ONE question. Is this process for the Novice person or NOT?? I do NOT believe it is for a beginner. Please just give me my money back. I will never use this, I cannot even open it. I am sure you can tell if I opened up the product or not.
Hi, as far as PHP and HTML goes it is a really simple script, which someone with little knowledge about PHP or HTML should be able to install.
Inside the Responsive PHP & Ajax Contact Form folder you should see a bunch of HTML files and folders. One of those folders is called Documentation, there you will find instructions on how to integrate your CODE.

Its been 6 days since I asked my last question with no response. It seems no one is getting a response here. I will purchase the product now and buy extended support. I’m buying it without you answering my question as I need to move forward with my project. I will try my BEST to make the form work for me withOUT your certain input on if it will work for me or NOT. If this form is not able to preform like I need it to with like 50 radio questions on the form, AND if I cannot change the color or text of the form….then I would kindly be requesting a refund immediately. Hello! Is there a way to preview the entered data before actually sending it? It is a very good process to preview the type errors before sending them and to press the send button after checking. Also, if you feel that you want to modify the sentence, it would be very kind to be able to return to the original input form. I would like to purchase this function when it is implemented. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi! Emails are sent through phpmail(), which means you only need to configure your server to enable this (most of the times it’s just an on/off switch), then you are ready to send emails.
What does “Please check the captcha” mean? It is showing this on my downloaded files as well as me adding to the site? The form is filled out, the captcha info is checked off, there’s nothing else to do. Check for what?
I understand this is an error message, but captcha’s “I am not a robot” checkbox came back with a green checkmark from google, so why is the form coming back with an error?

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. Most of the time when captcha shows an error it has to do with google protecting the request as it can not recognize the url as safe. Does this happen locally or on your online server?
Take a look at your server security settings to see if it is blocking any type of request.
HI, I’m am trying to add the form on a landing page and then again in a popup, so technically the form is repeated twice on the same page, but because of the structure of the js they do not operate independent of each other, thus one cannot be sent without the other being validated
My question is, is there a way to have two forms on the same page which operate independently of each other without having to change the following in main.js and then consequently the main.css

var title = $('.contact100-form-title');I could duplicate the css and change the names slightly but this would mean i have two sets of code running the same task which isn’t very efficient.
Is there a better solution?

Hi! Kind of a tricky situation, the easiest way I can think of is duplicating the main.js file and, as you said, rename every input so you can submit one without getting errors from the other one. It might take you a bit of work, but will sure function correctly.
Hi, I already have an existing email form page that consist of Radio buttons, text boxes and check boxes all on the same page with a submit button at the bottom of the page and I would receive the results via email.
But since I have terminated that email account so there is no place currently for the forms to go! Since then I have created another working email account.
So basically my page is already built and its the way I like it. My question is…well I was hoping that I could just add your code ONLY in the NEW location (email address) that I want the information to be sent to.
So basically, do you believe your code will POSSIBLY work with changing very little of my code? OR is it impossible to keep my page intact?
I wish I could send you the code for a quick YES or NO..Still, on my end…knowing how PHP works…I believe it SHOULD work but I’m no expert. So, what do you say? Thank you!
I’m sorry I don’t think I fully understand what you are trying to accomplish, couldn’t you just replace the old email account with the new one? I don’t see why you would need a new script when you have a fully working one.

Sorry to explain myself incorrectly. The Form Does NOT currently work. The rest of the site is html. My question is this…Could I build ONE page (your email form page) and leave the rest of my site in html?
Someone told me that if the majority of my site is in html I canNOT add on anything WordPress using a link. Is this correct or not?
Basically, a visitor would be on my home page that is in html. And using a link, something saying like “click here for email form” the person would click the link and be brought to the WordPress email form.
Is this possible? Just want a yes or no before I purchase your form. Thank you!
Hi, sorry for the late reply. Are you using wordpress for your site? There might be some compatibilty issues I have not checked. I think the best might be to install a customizable wordpress form, this way you also have the wordpress tool to backup every email address sent through your form in your database.
If that is not the case, you shouldn’t have any problem adding this form to your html site. It is fully responsive and really easy to install and integrate into other sites.
Hi, Some messages are not submitting to the email set up in the contactajax file. Is there a reason for this? The email address we are using is gmail.
Hi! Are you receiving your emails as spam? Also, check your server settings for outgoing mail in php settings. Sometimes mail is disabled so as to avoid spamming.
No. We receive some and not others. Same form sometimes remits submission and sometimes doesn’t. We are using a gmail account to receive submissions. Our hosting company is Godaddy.
