The only way to monitor quotes with this extension is to check the admin panel. The customer who requests a quote is emailed a copy, but there is no admin notification or email. The extension works fine, but comes with no documentation. I emailed support asking if I have the right template file in the right location to add BCC to email, but received no reply.
