If the end users (visitors/customers) need to pay to see/access the end product, you need an Extended License. Regular and Extended license it depends on the usage purpose.

If your end product is free to access then Regular license will be fine.

Thanks for replying. So from end product you mean the end product created through this script, not the overall website right. Because I am planning to add this just as a small part of the website and to use this quote service there will be no cost to end user but my website have some other paid services which isn’t connected with this quote service, as I am not going to charge users to request a quote. So just wanted to understand whether you consider overall website free for end user or just the service provided using your script. Thanks

Please be noted that this not wordpress plugin, it is a php script. you can add/remove step as you need by following the coding structure and for this you have to know html, js, php. when the form will submit admin/recipient will get email with all input/chosen field value. Thank you for your concern message. This script has made how work a multi step form. Currently this script not included this conditional logic but if you have knowledge html, jQuery and previous experience of such logical condition fields create then you can do it.

We are planning to add a conditional logic form in this script soon.

With the documentation help and following coding style you can customize it as you need but for doing this you have to know html and jQuery.

For Calendar: The input field box should to setup as like this: <input type=”text” class=”form-control” name=”launchdate” id=”launchdate” placeholder=”mm-dd-yyyy”> You have to import bootstrap-datepicker.min.js (please download it and import into your script): <script src=”js/bootstrap-datepicker.min.js”></script> Also you have to setup: <script> $(document).ready(function() { $(’#estimated-launch-date input’).datepicker({ format: “mm-dd-yyyy”, startDate: “0d”, todayBtn: “linked”, todayHighlight: true, autoclose: true }); }); </script> Plesae keep in mind here we have used id: estimated-launch-date and Date format: “mm-dd-yyyy”

in documentation: go to Settings => How to edit Form you will see in screenshot: required data-error please read there. you have to setup required & data-error

Also please check: JS File section in documentation and plugin main js file how to validate the form field each step to go for next step.
