If you’re unable to open the Xcode project, it’s likely due to the development team settings being tied to our account. To fix this, please follow these steps:

Open the .xcodeproj file in Xcode.

Go to the project settings by clicking the project name in the left sidebar.

Under the “Signing & Capabilities” tab, select your own Apple Developer account in the “Team” dropdown.

If you don’t have a developer account, you can sign in with your Apple ID under Xcode > Settings > Accounts.
