b. What your strength score (each specific answer will provide points towards one score, but every answer has different points—Example: for Question 1: answer 1: 35 points, answer 2: 5 points, answer 3: -5 points)

3. Does it only allow true/false questions?

1. No in this plugin version you can only add image at header. But we can discuss and have a deal to add Video
2 – No, with this version we are not saving responses we are just taking as success because target is to grab lead and not response. But again we can do this for you also separately.
3 – You can change option name yes/no or true/false to anything.

Yes it can be installed on unlimited domains.
Please update the plugin because it is not working properly with the new version of Wordpress, you cannot edit the templates. Since I bought it I have not been able to use the plugin due to this problem, I look forward to your response and help please.

Hi there, it will not generate a short code instead it will create a public endpoint page which u can integrate in iframe on other websites.
Can I redirect the visitor to another page without email submission? So after they answered all questions, a new button should appear that redirects to another page.

Hey, so actually this seems to be a scam here! I have purchased it for $20 from you but this is the exact same version that is available for free on wordpress.org:

I even ran a file diff on the free plugin folder and your paid version files, and all the files are identical.
What’s that?

these details are just to get leads and are not stored. only email ids are stored with respect to page ids which you can check at wp-admin.

You can edit this page from the wp-admin.
Once user submit answers and fill form of lead, user will land to the Redirect URL which admin will add at the back-end. This you can set your affiliate or any sale page url or anything.
