can you add font size ? with number/pixels and not just small large ?

I bought Quilljs Editor Setup HTML Template – Quillto from you. My question would be, how can I insert the edited text in PHP code into the content of a PHPMail letter? Is there a way or possibility to use your text editor for a email sending form and the content of the email should be what the user wrote and edited? Thanks!
