Я даже не планировал такого варианта управления, как html5 игра она в первую очередь заточена под тач управление, а это не больше одного клика за раз, то есть либо тащим, либо поворачиваем. В принципе если добавить условие на правый клик + что зажата левая кнопка мыши + что блок взят но не положен, и в действие внести поворот, то теоретически должно работать, но сколько багов это породит я не знаю.
