I have purchased your Purchase Order for WooCommerce plugin and found two problems:
1️⃣ Quotation quantity issue Right now, when a customer makes an order, the plugin creates a quotation based on the supplier’s minimum order quantity, not the actual customer order quantity.
Example:
Product stock: 15 units
Low stock limit: 10 units
Supplier minimum: 20 units
Customer orders: 50 units
➡️ The plugin creates a quotation for 20 units, but it should be 50 units.
✅ What we need:
The plugin should make a quotation for the actual ordered quantity (50 units).
If there are multiple pending orders for the same product, it should combine them into one quotation with the total quantity.
2️⃣ Product cost display issue The automatically created quotation or PO shows the product cost.
✅ What we need:
Hide the product cost by default, or
Add an option to show/hide it in settings.

I’m using your Purchase Order for WooCommerce plugin demo, and I’ve noticed a problem with the automatic quotation generation feature.
When the stock level of a product reaches the minimum threshold, the plugin automatically creates a quotation for the assigned supplier — which is great.
However, if I don’t confirm that quotation yet, and another customer places an order for the same product (causing the stock to drop further), the plugin creates another separate quotation for the same product and supplier.
This results in multiple quotations for the same item instead of one combined quotation that includes the total quantity required.
I would like to request a solution or customization that allows the plugin to:
Check if there is already a pending or draft quotation for the same product and supplier, and
Update that existing quotation by adding the new quantity instead of creating a new one.
Could you please advise if there’s a built-in option, setting, or any customization service available to achieve this behavior?

hi just seen your demo. This plugin does not add the supplier SKU (manufacturer ref / stock code) when order from a supplier, only the Product SKU (our code) default field. Will you be implementing this in the future?

Currently, the plugin does not have a built-in feature to add the Supplier SKU (manufacturer reference/stock code) when ordering from a supplier. At the moment, it only includes the Product SKU (your internal code) by default.

>>Yes, this is necessary to assign a product to a supplier. However, if you need to remove a supplier during the creation of a Purchase Order, this can be accommodated through customization (Paid service)

- In stead of printing the purchase order directly, Is it possible to generate a pdf for purchase order? (most of WooCommerce inventory plugins can do this)
- Is it possible to customize the purchase order template?
- Is it possible to generate the purchase order based on low stocks from suppliers? I mean any low stock products from any suppliers will be put together in the same template. Let’s say one column shows suppliers, the others show product names and low stock amount.
- Do you use meta field for “Choose supplier” select field?

-> Using our plugin, after printing the order you save the pdf and can send a purchase order via email to the supplier.
Is it possible to customize the purchase order template? -> To customize the purchase order template it will be a part of customization.

Do you use meta field for “Choose supplier” select field? -> No, we don’t use any meta field for the “Choose supplier” select field.

Pre-sale question. I have try on demo and have some problem on it 1. When create supplier profile, how to make Tax/VAT, Gender, website, postal code not MUST? 2. How to add purchase order directly without creating quotation? 3. I have input cost rules in product, but the quotation cannot reflect the cost related to the rules I set e.g. I have set QTY>100, cost>$20 at cost rules, but the item cost still always using the cost set at “Prices” even I have change the QTY 4. The product price cannot manual change in quotation 5. cannot add more item after the quotation saved
