Hi, I was looking at your demo. There’s no way to accept the push notification after the native browser window appears. You can subscribe in just one click, like OneSignal does. It’s very confusing to accept the modal and then have to accept the browser alert.
You can disable the initial popup from the plugin configuration page and directly move to the second popup to allow notifications. Please check the admin end of the plugin demo for that configuration.

Hi, I will be seeking a refund. It’s clear that push notifications are not working as they should.
Push notifications come through when the app is open or in the background of another app. iOS notifications do not come through, and Android notifications are hit or miss. This instability is not acceptable.

PWA do not work like that. Also you do not get push when the app is closed. It is hit or miss. I will clear history, close browsers and pwa and see if the iOS notifications comes through I will do the same with android. But no is the device is in standby open in the blowers or not it should pop up, that is how push works.
