It does not come cheap (especially with all the addons) but it is reliable and the features are there. Support can be slowish at time but it is top notch.
And here I am, buying my seconde license :-)

Nonexisting support. I have waited for more than a month to get support.
Plugin works, but I run into some problems and the support is zero.
No way to reach the author. Just bugged out and skipped town. Wasted 118 dollar on this.
The plugin can do a lot, but it is far away from being user friendly. So many settings, that influence each other and it is really hard to fine tune them.
Additionally adding filters is extremely difficult - tried it several times, but they won't show up in the posts. The documentation wasn't helpful at this point.
Furthermore the horizontal carousel wasn't working with minified js, when filters were deactivated. Now the horizontal carousel works with separated js in debugging mode.
The whole concept of the plugin is great, but a lot of stuff is quite irritating if one isn't an expert with google maps.
This can be done for sure better.
So I bought the whole bundle, but actually I will not use the filters and near-by functions, simply because it is extremely difficult and confusing.
The map looks great and the flexibility in presentation means there is something for everyone.
Great and engaged customer support, understand that there may be time zone differences, so be patient ... solution and ideas for solutions will be forthcoming from the support team.
The plug-in ... when you configure the plug-in's multiple components take your time. In addition, make sure that you activate all the necessary Google API for your maps to work.
I look forward to utilizing this map utility regularly. And I know that if I run into an issue, no matter how trivial to the support team they will be there to make me smarter and the plug-in dance as it should.
