Preset Tab removed from new version of boxes. if you used from preset shotcode on demo URL, remove “categories” from shortcode text.

You must insert shortcode on page or post content area (classic mode). and then use visual composer back end editor to edit shortcode

Yeah I tried that a few days ago and there’s nobody there it says support for another plugin is out on vacation but for this plugin there’s no link or any way to contact anybody for support.
You must register on support system and then send your ticket on support system.

well last time we tried you guys said it won’t support this item there are problems with the plugin I even hired a developer and had problems: I created test page and added shordcode but it doesn’t not look like on demo. I installed plugin in my test hosting and see this error too. Please write to plugin support The person that replied to my tickets wasn’t nice at all, the y did went to my website a while ago and said it was all set but it didn’t work. SO I will request a refund or fix this issue as soon as possible thanks

1. Most recent update says “removed preset tab” are you taking out presets? 2. You are using !important and http vs https google calls in your style sheet and it’s causing a lot of font loading errors. Chrome just blocks the non-https fonts.

Dear Support. Thanks for a great plugin. After updating to Version 2.1.0 my layout of 6 posts changed from 2 rows with 3 colums to 3 rows with 2 colums and a big white space area to the right (to the sidebar). I have worked with the sittings and nothing changed. When I roll back to version 2.0 all again is like normal.

Hi. Is it possible to select posts by both tags and categories? For example, we have post categories of “News, Reviews, Editorial”, etc. and we have post tags of “Audi, BMW, Toyota”, etc. Can we, for example, select only “News” articles for “Audi”? And is there the option to exclude by tag and/or category, like selecting all “News” articles but excluding “Audi” and “BMW”? Many thanks.

You can select “Category” and “Tags” on “manual” type but on manual type you can’t use header filtering option.
