Before I buy. Does the deletion of an order, also not send any emails to customer saying order has been deleted.
Shame no option to delete customer.
As I have a few ‘spam’ orders and unpaid bank transfer orders, going back a few years, and they keep coming up as undelivered. I tried manually deleting an order, but customer got an email, and wanted to know what was going on.
This module clears the order directly in the database, so no email will be sent out. To delete a customer you don’t need any modules, you can do it in your back office. You can set this module to delete a customer if after deleting orders he has no orders left.
is compatible with PS 1.7.8.x?
Every module has a list of compatible versions, it’s under “More attributes”

hi, is there a plan to have a Cron to keep deleted order older then X days?
Hi, the module has no such option, but I think it’s a good idea to add it 
could be great to add also a log to check the history of any action

i see you use PS log but is not very detailed. The log i mean is a detailed log of what records are deleted to have a better possibilities to check.

Just made a test to be sure and the product stock did not get modified after deleting an order that the product was in.

Hi. I just bought the module, but it does not work for me at the Orders’ page. I could delete some orders using the module’s page, but when I click on the icon to delete an order in the orders list, Prestashop just says “ERROR”. Could you help? I’m using Prestashop 1.7.5.2 Thanks. Jose.

Hello! I would be curious before buy your really impressive modules (clean tidy and delet orders): if I delete the orders should it delete the customer acounts too belong to the added rane? I just looking for a module that delete the customer details too!

Hello! This module does not delete customers when deleting orders. Please note that customer may have more than one order in the store. But of course if you like to, we can make a custom modification of the module for you, that will also delete customers under some conditions.
