7 Day Trial not working. Every time I try it says “You changed the license type. Update your plugin assembly so you can use the license type you have selected.” Anxious to get started. If I buy the plugin and it doesn’t work will you refund the purchase? Thanks.
Where is the 7 day license script located? I want to test the free version but every time I reinstall it the same circle goes on and on and on, even after deleting the file folder. If you’re putting scripts all over my installation I am going to be very unhappy.
Once you activate the 7day trial you need to go to your plugins section and click the Update button for the plugin so it can download and activate the instance of the plugin that has the full functionality.
All plugin files are located in the plugin folder. What remains is the database.
If you purchase and something does not work open a support ticket via the support tab at the top of the item’s page and our support team will be with you to solve the issues. If they can’t for some reason and the reason is our product of course you get a refund.
If you can’t activate the trial please open a support ticket via the support tab at the top of the item’s page so that our support team can check it out for you.
Pre sale question: we have a number of people who post to the blog. Can you can create a template which is default? Also many of our users email or use another app to post to a draft. Will it auto format based on the template?
Yes you can create a template which will be default for all post, for posts from category or even for single posts. Creating and editing posts is done the default WordPress ways. The plugin works with the already created posts so you should not have any issues if this works without the plugin.
can i use advance custom field with this plugin ?
Hi, The plugin works with the default WP posts only at this point.
Sir, I would like to ask an question:
i have bought a theme but the theme does not have a feature to arrange all the posts according to the criteria (to be set by admin) such as popular post, most read post, based on category, based on location and etc.
May I ask whether your plugin can do this function with the theme’s generated posts?
Thank you in advance for your help.
This plugin can help in building custom templates for you single posts. If you are looking for a solution to build list of posts you can check on the Blog Manager
Pre-purchase question: can I add a field for Google Maps to show location of an event? Or can I use the Advanced Custom Fields plugin in conjunction with your plugin to add this feature? Also, can I set up a post to display in two columns? Thanks!
The post can display in any columns you like we have a grid builder that can do basically anything.
We have a fields called Ads Shortcode that can be used to add any custom text, shortcode or html. Another option is you can have a sidebar. In this sidebar you can insert any widget.
I want to have a custom post where the customer can make a post with a field where they enter the location on Google Maps directly (not a shortcode). I need to know if your plugin can enable such a field. I know this can be done with Advance Custom Fields, but the problem I have is creating the template which outputs the field. If your plugin can do that, it would be great.
If the field can be output by a shortcode yes. Other than that I am afraid not.
- Does this plugin support adding button?
- Does this plugin support adding contact form?

And is there any way that I can try backend, could u pls send me the demo login info?

will this plugin work for buddypress members’ posts?
I am afraid this works with the default WordPress post only at this point.
hi i just purchased not realising it would not work with pmpro membership system as expected.
basically all my posts are premium and the links at bottom/after excerpt are hidden most posts do not have excerpt text so it only displays part of my posts and not formatted properly.
is this fixable or if not can i get a refund please? let me know thanks

hi i recieved your message and i understand the reasoning/risk so its ok
please note it is normal wordpress posts i think the issue is it seems to display post excerpts instead of full description which is currently set at a low limit on my site and also a lot of posts do not have any excerpt or its all text with no html formatting,
if your plugin could generate the full description it would be great.
The plugin can display the full text or part of it. Please simply reply to the support message that you have received from our support representatives so they can continue working on your case until it is solved completely
