Hello,
is it also possible to implement something that when someone bought a digital product and it is then gelifert with your plugin that the order is automatically set to completed?
Hi,
If you set the product as virtual, WooCommerce will automatically set the order as completed.
okay, I tested it but the order has not set itself to completed. What am I doing wrong?
The license manager itself doesn’t have control over the order status. WooCommerce and the used payment gateway set the order status. Usually, setting the product as virtual will do it, but sometimes the payment gateway overrides that.
I suggest using a third-party plugin like:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/autocomplete-woocommerce-orders/
Paid from woocommerce.com:
https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-order-status-control/
Note: I don’t own and haven’t tested the linked plugins but based on their description, they seems to do what you need.
nice, thank you
Hi i want to buy your plugin just i want to know if i can add a intructions on the email for some products with the key ? thanks
Hi,
WooCommerce has a built-in feature for this.
On the dashboard product page > Product Data > Advanced > Purchase note.
The purchase note will show on WooCommerce’s emails and thank-you page.
Hello Firas Saidi, Do you have an estimate on the dates of adding image lisence key support for the pools? Thank you!
Hi,
I don’t have an exact date, but it will be released this month.
Hello. Any news?
Hi,
Sorry for the delay, I will release the update this week.
Hi,
Pools do not support image license keys and license keys that can be delivered multiple times. While the plugin is active, those features will not be available.
Going back to the code, I remembered why I had decided to exclude those two features from this plugin. Since I made the mistake of telling you that I would add it, I’m willing to refund you.
Unfortunately, those two features will not be added to the plugin, and it was mentioned since day one that the plugin doesn’t support them. This refund is an exception.
Hi, firassaidi? Does this plugin help to use the same codes for different products? For example, product cards in different languages created with Polylang?
Hi,
Yes, it allows you to assign the same set of license keys to multiple products, and in the case of Polylang you can assign the same set of license keys to the different languages.
Thank you! Do you provide discounts for customers who have purchased WooCommerce License Manager?
Sorry, currently I’m not running any discounts. Please note, this is not a standalone plugin, it requires WooCommerce License Manager to be installed and activated to work.
Please help clarify if your plugin will help me. I now have products for which I have created different pages for each language. Each page has different keys attached to it. In order to use Pools, I have to unassign the keys and bind them to a specific Pool. Right? How will synchronization with the warehouse and notification of lack of goods in stock happen in this case? In other words, how to properly switch from using WooCommerce License Manager to Pools For WooCommerce License Manager.
Hi,
After you install the plugin, you will have the option to convert a product license keys to a pool, by creating a pool and using the convert option to assign them to the newly created pool.
Then on each product page, you will have the option to select the pool from which the plugin will get the license keys.
If you are using the plugins built-in stock sync feature, then the process is the same as for the parent plugin. The Plugin will get the available license keys count for the pool and set that number as the stock count for all the products that use that pool.
If you are using another plugin for stock notifications, and that plugin works with the license manager, then it will work the same with pools.

Thank you!
Everything seems to be working the way I want it to. Thank you! There are a couple of things i would suggest to fix the future plugin updates: 1. Add a counter to the License Key Pools table (convenient to see how many keys are in the table). 2. Fix a bug in the filtered keys table (when filter is applied, you can’t select all rows – the select all checkbox doesn’t work). 3. Add email template to WooCommerce templates. This will be useful for those users who use PolyLang and customize separate email templates for each language with a third-party Template Editor.
Hi, Thank you for the feedback, I will fix those issues and upload an update as soon as possible.
Can you tell how the order status is automatically completed in demo.. The order must be processing how it was delivered automatically?
Hi,
In WooCommerce, setting the product as Virtual and Downloadable (you don’t have to attach a file) will make the order status go to “completed” automatically, but your payment method may override that.
Also what if there is no code/license key the order will be still delivered
You have both options, you can allow customers to check out even if there are no license keys available, or deny it.
Cheers! Looks awesome, GLWS = )
Thank you
congratulations! Nice Work, GLWS
