Urgent request to assist with an issue with your plug in. Tight timeline and I have sent a request through support a couple of days and was directed to you.
Please see message from my developer:
“Hi, there is one problem, the addon you have provided me ” PlusSections – Ultimate Parallax | Video | Particles Row Background for Elementor ” to me the parallax background. When i activate this plugin the elementor editor is not loading. When i deactivate it editor is loading. So, there is a issue with that plugin.

It might be issue of memory limit. Please increase your memory limit to 768M or 1000M. You can do that from wp-config file or by reaching to your hosting provider.

This plugin was very interesting, it’s a shame you’re not giving any support – your documentation is totally imcomplete toward the installation guidelines and your online ticket is not working too. I seriously recomend people not to buy this plugin.
