Hey, I liked the design and features. If you can add built-in helpdesk ticket system then it will be complete support solution. For example, when a visitor is chatting and explaining his problem and if we have to stop chat in the middle because of no solution available then the chat is sent as email transcript to him or converted into a ticket after closing the chat. So that we can simply open it and reply later when we solved the issue mentioned by visitor. Just like Intercom or Tawk.to
Also you have demo of Admin panel but not the front-end of chat widget or button. Just add it on a landing page so that user can see directly.
