Hello Can this form help me to create following use case on my site https://carpetcleaningphiladelphiapro.com
-> Selected employees will be registered and have accounts on the website. After logging in, they will enter data into a form related to their current job (with several options to choose from). After entering the data, they will submit the form. Only the admin can access this data.

With the plugin, you can create the form, so user can add their details and data will be accessed by admin only. However registration and login form won’t be created using this plugin.

Popup features is not available in the plugin, however you can add form shortcode on another popup plugin.
