We used to have a directory explorer for files on server (back in 2015 or so), but we don’t have that product anymore.

This product is for file sharing, similar to how WeTransfer, TransferNow, Transfer.it are. It’s not for displaying files on your server but rather to easily send files using an URL or email address.

Yes, it does require a database connection.

We fully support Wasabi. Wasabi is an S3 compatible storage driver, as such, you can use the S3 storage option from the Admin Panel and simply fill in your credentials (Access Key, Secret Key, Bucket Name, Region, and Endpoint URL).

I’m going to include Wasabi into our Documentation, and I’ll email you once it’s ready, it’s a really simple setup (probably the simplest out of all drivers).

All these options are already available under the “Advanced” section when you create a Transfer.

As for “Client upload system”, not really sure what do you mean by this, can you please elaborate?

I am explaining clearly how I want the system to work:

I am a freelancer/agency user and I will purchase a premium plan.

My workflow should be like this:

1. I (agency/freelancer) can upload files and send download links to my clients (this is already working).

2. But I also need a Client Upload System (File Request Link):

- I create a “file request link”
- I send that link to my client
- The client can open the link and upload files to me

3. Important requirements:

- Client does NOT need to create an account
- Client does NOT need to purchase any plan
- Client can upload large files (based on my plan limits)
- I will receive the uploaded files in my dashboard

4. So basically:

- Paid user (me) → can send AND receive files
- Free user (client) → can only upload via request link

Please confirm:

- Does the current script support this “File Request / Client Upload” feature? - If not, can you implement it or guide how to add it?
