Last update 4 years ago. Is there a new version of this plugin?
Hi,
Yes, the latest update (version 1.0.1) was on 02.21.2016 Lately, we haven’t updated this plugin. There isn’t a new version.
Regards
Hello. When I click “choose image”, nothing happens. Media Library isn’t opening
Do you see any errors in the console? Please submit a support ticket here – https://webcraftplugins.com/support/
Thanks
Hi
It is not clear from the editor how exactly the code is placed on the page. For example, if Page Builder is used, can it be placed in a simple HTML Editor box?
I see the last update is more than a year ago, will the plugin continue to be supported?
Tnx
Hi,
I believe I answered your support ticket, but just in case – you can place the shortcode in a text box, but your theme must have support for shortcodes.
Even though it was a while since the last update, the plugin is fully functional.
Hi,
Thanks, a lot for professional attitude. Everything works and the plugin is great.
Cheers
Question…before I renew support, I wanted to see if it is possible to make each grid item an individual link that opens to it’s own gallery? Is this possible under Photo Grid Pro?
Hi,
You can make each image a link that points to an URL, but there is no functionality in the plugin to have inner galleries.
Cheers
hi. i’m still waiting for answers to my questions: how do i get the grid fullscreen? also, where do i generate the code to put it on my site, the “generate code” button is a bit confusing. can you guide me please. thx
Hi,
The best way to get support is to send us a support ticket. If you did that, please post here your ticket number and I will check what is going on. You should get a reply within 24 hours after you send us a ticket.
Hi. Need to have a homepage with a slider on left hand side (big image) and next to it a column of 3 smaller images on top of each other (teasers). It needs to be responsive also. Can i do it with your plugin in Wordpress? The slider might be an issue i believe. thank you.
This plugin can’t do sliders, I’m afraid.

my plugin install failed while trying to upload this. any idea why?
Are you uploading the correct zip?
i’m uploading what the download was: codecanyon-14521879-photo-grid-pro-jquery-interactive-grid-gallery-builder is this the right one? if not, where do i get the right one? thanks
You should be able to download two different zips from codecanyon – one is just the plugin that you should upload, and the other one (which you are trying to upload) contains documentation and other stuff.
it gives me 3 download options: 1) all files and documentation (which is what i tried to uplaod); 2) license certificate & purchase code (PDF); 3) license certificate & purchase code (text). which one should i upload? seems it should be the first one but that one shows the error.
Are you sure that you purchased this item and not the jQuery version? I don’t see a “purchased” badge on your username.
i purchased something. thought it was the right thing. can you please send me to where i need to go to buy the right thing. thanks so much
We are posting comments right now on the correct product that you need – https://codecanyon.net/item/photo-grid-pro-wordpress-interactive-grid-gallery-builder/14740803
is this the link i should buy? what about my purchase, do i get a refund?
Yes, please send me and email from my profile page after you purchase this item, so I can verify your purchase. You can then request a refund and I will approve it.
Cheers
not sure where your profile page is but i did buy this plugin (again). where do i go now to get the refund? thx
hi. still waiting for a reply on the refund. also, how do i get the grid fullscreen? also, where do i generate the code to put it on my site, the “generate code” button is a bit confusing. can you guide me please
I approved your refund, sorry for the delay.
Cheers
Bought this for a client (under their account, can provide their license if needed) and have 2 really big bugs which make the use of the plugin a right pain.
- can’t upload images on full screen mode (the image select button doesn’t seem to work)
- when lots of grids, can’t scroll and see them all on the load modal (we have 20 and can only see the top .
We are on the latest version but not sure on the version as it doesn’t show in the plugin list (Version {{ ver }} | By Webcraft Plugins | Visit plugin site is what I see)
The plugin works fine apart from the 2 issues in the admin area
fixed the long list of grids by adding some css (below) to the editor.css file
.modal-dialog { height:80%; margin-top:5%; overflow:auto; }
Can you give an eta on a chance to look at the full screen mode upload issue?
Hi,
I think the problem with the fullscreen might have something to do with z-indexes of the editor and the media library. I will look into it.
Cheers
any idea on when an update might be forthcoming as my client is struggling, also the grid doesn’t work that well on smaller screens (aka laptops) due to the “options panels” on the right…. maybe something to think about.
Hi,
I can’t give you an estimate when the update will be live. You can always switch between normal and fullscreen mode to add images.
Unfortunately I can’t do anything in the short term about your second issue, but it’s a fair point.

hi jst baught it i have a prbelm i cant see the the right menu im one small screen and it looks like it disapears below certin resolution
cant you fix it tnx
Did you try in fullscreen mode? There is a button on the top right of the editor. Other than that, you can try resizing the browser.
What is your resolution?
Cheers
i see my clients deosnt it disapears
is theres a way to bulk upload
Hello Please I would like a rebound After I baught I realize that it doesn’t fit my needs The grid it difficult to handle when loading more the 35 pictures The arrangement of the grid doesn’t flow right

If you change gallery rows after pictures are on the grid everything messes up Please refund my money Thanks
I would like to take a look at the plugin before issuing a refund, if that’s possible. Please submit a ticket at https://webcraftplugins.com/support and include wp-admin details.
Thanks
P.S. Sorry for the late reply!

another thing im using rtl admin
everything is mixxing
thank you for you replay and effort
bt i think i will need a refound
goodluck
No problem, you can request a refund from Envato if the plugin doesn’t work in your case.
Cheers
I don’t suppose you thought of supporting text content boxes as well as images.
Would be great to mix and match images with content boxes to make a super cool landing page.
You could have “content boxes over plain color background, content box over image background…” when user mouses over a content box (just like the image now) there still could be a lightbox or more info text showing as normal.
Content boxes on foreground would need to support HTML markup and shortcodes.
In your example it would be much like inserting a “On sale now” box in amongst the photo collage.
Hello,
This is a really cool idea and by the way I’m currently building a content builder, like visual composer that I might think about integrating with Photo Grid Pro.
Thank you for the feedback!
Cheers
P.S the price on your live demo page doesn’t match the price on Envato. I like your discount price more
Thanks for that, it’s fixed
Cheers
The blur effect might be coming from the “textbox” settings, which also has an option to blur the image. Have a look at those settings, I think that’s the problem in your case.
Cheers
solved my problem! thx
what is the shortcode for this plugin????
Hi,
I believe I answered your support ticket
Cheers
question? does the gallery have more space to add more photos to the gallery? like 30 photos? – 2 then 2 does that make sense? cause I can only add 3 photos in the demo…
Hi,
I’m not sure what you mean. You can change the number of rows/columns to increase the resolution of the grid, if that was your question.
Cheers
Will this work with DIVI theme by Elegant Themes?
Hi,
I haven’t tested it with that theme specifically, but it should work with literally any theme that’s made with best practices.
Cheers
Cool plugin. Are there more options for the lightbox? Right now, the lightbox is only for image viewing (or sending to a link) is there an option to have a video play in the lightbox vs. just displaying a photo?
Thanks!
Hello,
Unfortunately video isn’t supported for the gallery or the lightbox.
Regards
Bummer. I’ll keep an eye out and purchase once these kind of updates hit. With some more functionality, this could dominate!
Looks great. Is there a possibility to filter images in a gallery? For example different countries and when I select one country then only the images of that country show up.
Hello,
Sorry but the plugin doesn’t offer that functionality. Basically you need the images to be split into groups and have a way to show/hide those groups through external buttons?
Cheers
If I create two grids , I think the first for editing ?
Hi,
I don’t understand your question. But you can create as many grids as you want and insert them in your pages with a shortcode.
Cheers
if I have three different galleries. how can I edit for number one or two? I always see only the last, so the three.
Oh. You can press the “Load” button in the editor to load a previously created gallery
Cheers
unfortunately does not work with Load , only updates the Current that is open .
Hi,
Please submit a ticket at https://webcraftplugins.com/support and I will be happy to help! Also, please include wp-admin login details so I can debug it live.
Thanks!
How do I add the result in a wordpress post ?
Hi,
There is a field in the editor where you can enter a shortcode. Then you use that exact same shortcode to insert the grid in a page/post.
Cheers
thx
No problem!
I tried your demo and your plugin seems pretty awesome. Fast and very easy to use. I have a few questions.
1. Do I have to manually insert the image URL’s when adding a photo to the grid or can I just select an image from the Wordpress media gallery.?
2. If I want to link an image to a post do I have to manually link it or can I simple select from a list of posts and have your plugin grab the featured image?
3. What happens to the grid if the window is resized or viewed on a smaller device such as a tablet or a phone? Does it scale proportionally to the window?
4. Your demo was not clear to me regarding the final step…putting the grid on my Wordpress site. Do I need to export the code and then somehow import it into a page?
Thanks.
Hi,
1. Manually entering URLs is just for the jQuery version and the demo. In the WP version you use the Media Library to choose an image.
2. You have to manually enter a link
3. Yes, the width/height ratio is preserved when resizing. Of course there is an option to disable that.
4. Again – the live editor demo is taken from the pure jQuery version. In the WP version there is no “export” functionality. You just choose a name for a shortcode and add that to the page.
Cheers
Thanks for your replies.
Re: # 3, Is there an option to make it responsive…if so do you have a demo link that shows this in action?
At the top of the demo page the gallery is responsive. Try shrinking the browser window
Sorry, perhaps I do not understand what you mean by “responsive”. I resized your demo page and the image gallery on the top of the page simply get’s smaller. Is this what you mean by responsive…or do the images rearrange into different columns?
If this is what you mean by “responsive”, then no – the grid doesn’t change layout as it gets smaller.
Thanks for clarifying. No problem, I am still going to buy your plugin. I can just make two grids and use @media commands to hide and show them based on the window size.
That will work perfectly fine.
Cheers!
any preview of the wp backend or screenshots? or does it adapt to the current gallery shortcode?
Hi,
The editor looks exactly the same in the WP backend, as you see it in the demo site. The only exception is that there is no “export” functionality, but instead you choose a name for a shortcode and add that to a page.
Cheers
