I have few more questions before we take a decision. 1. Is it multi layered architecture? 2. Are Stored Procedures in place? 3. Is it possible to remove EF and can make to interact with either Business Layer or Data Layer?
Yes You can but you have to purchase the Extended version.
1. Yes 4 layer used. 2. No Stored procedure 3. Yes, possible but as dependency injection has been used, you need to interact via interfaces

Thank you for the reply. I got the point that i have to purchase Extended Version to brand as our own. Regarding removing the EF, you can opt ADO.Net with MySQL/MSSQL (Your choice) [or] RESTfull Services connecting your choice of Database. I will send the same requirement through an email, as well.
