Hi, what is the sender ID in the setting? on Clicksend’s dashboard, I just see the Username/Password or API

Sender ID is the name to be displayed as sender when message is sent.

Can it send follow up sms after 1, 3,7 days of registration? Like welcome messages.

This is an sms gateway module that sends SMS from PerfexCRM. If you have a feature that uses SMS feature in Perfex CRM, this module will work just fine with it.
