Hello, Question regarding element. If I add “Billind details” unfortunately it does not includ the address, only tel and email. Can you please check it? I need to manually add Billing address if I want this to be shown.

OK, thanks, will look at it! Where can I contact you directly? For some reason, a custom status tempalate doesnt work. It is turned on (green dot), still basic tempalte is sent out.
Unfortunately no emails seem to go out correctly 
I’ve designed all templates, sent test emails – all fine. And then tested with real payments and for some reason emails either do not sent out or emails are sent with basic template. Can you please help?

Dear, The text “Subtotal”, “Shipping”, “Payment method” of Order Details element is use with default order totals of WooCommerce. Please translate in WooCommerce plugins.

Another thing I found is that this plugin have some issue if XLPlugin NextMove enable .. the issue will be > when you select option to check Status for New Order, On-Hold, Processing.. etc, the loading will keep loaded non stop

Hi, does this plugin allow to customize other emails sent by woocommerce (not the standard ones)? for example, dropshipping plugins add some other emails for stock notifications in the email area of Woocomerce, or, when you add custom statuses for Orders, I want to sent a customised email, not only Order placed, order complete, and so on.
Thank you for reaching out to us. For any plugins other than WooCommerce, that create their own emails, if their email is listed in the WooCommerce email list, You can custom that email with PanMail Editor. eg: WooCommerce Order Status Manager
